• 10:00 a.m. - opening of the Freedivng Poland House
• 9:00 p.m. - evening meeting (optional)

Monday - July 27 (DAY ONE)

• 10:00-10:30 a.m. - performance declarations for day one (discipline, depth, estimated time); documents check (personal ID, medical certificate, signig the release); equipment control (lanyard, flashlight, mask);
• 11:00 a.m. - briefing, final decisions
• 2:00 p.m. - start of the first freediver
• 7:00 p.m. - evening briefing

Tuesday - July 28 (DAY TWO)

• 8:00 - 8:30 a.m. - performance declarations for day two
• 9:00 a.m. - briefing
• 11:00 a.m. - start of the first freediver
• 7:00 p.m. - evening briefing

Wednesday - July 29 (DAY THREE - REST DAY)

• 9:00 a.m. – hike near Hańcza lake
• 1:00 p.m. – trip to Suwalki
• 6:00 p.m. – trip to the local sauna

Thursday - July 30 (DAY FOUR)

• 8:00 - 8:30 a.m. - performance declarations for day two
• 9:00 a.m. - briefing
• 11:00 a.m. - start of the first freediver
• 7:00 p.m. - evening briefing

Friday - July 31 (DAY FIVE)

• 8:00 - 8:30 a.m. - performance declarations for day five
• 9:00 a.m. - briefing
• 11:00 a.m. - start of the first freediver
• 5:00 p.m. - end of the competition, award ceremony, camp fire

Saturday - August 1

• 9:00 a.m. - breakfast
• 12:00 a.m. - trip back home, river rally (Czarna Hańcza)
